Experience & Service Designer
Service & Product Designer with a background in economics, engineering, and finance. I help complex systems make sense to the people using them.
My Story
My path started with economics and accounting — which gave me a working understanding of financial logic that became foundational for everything that followed. Then a technical management degree, where I got close to industrial processes and systems thinking. Along the way, I worked in finance and marketing before discovering that what I was always drawn to - making complex things clear and usable - had a name: UX design.
Since 2022, I've been working as an Experience Designer at Works. agency, designing digital products across financial services, banking, insurance, telecoms, energy, and more. I work across the full product lifecycle - from research and strategy through to interaction design and delivery.
What makes my background useful isn't just the breadth of it. It's that I understand the business and operational context behind the products I design. I know what a reconciliation process looks like. I know why compliance shapes certain flows. And I know that a great user experience doesn't stop at the screen - it depends on everything around it.
work method
I look for the question behind the question - what problem actually needs solving, and for whom.
The screen is one touchpoint. I consider the full service - operations, support, sales - as part of the design problem.
I bring structure to ambiguity - whether that's a stakeholder workshop, a research synthesis, or a complex user flow.
